Memorial Making Grief Class

Everyone has lost someone dear to them. Whether it was recent or years ago, a pet, a sibling, or someone you once knew, come in to the Art Center for a safe space to grieve. This monthly class will focus on healing, on not letting go of the grief but celebrating the life that they had and the impact they made on the lives around them.
This month’s class is Letter Seed Bombs. We will be writing a letter to the people we love, then shredding it up and turning it into a seed bomb with wildflower seeds to bury.
This class is for all ages and abilities, and is free to attend. Donations are appreciated.
