Sound Bath Meditation

Join Alena in a relaxing sound bath featuring singing bowls, bells, and other soothing noise makers. She will also lead us in a guided meditation/visualization. Please bring a yoga mat, towel, pillow, or other desired comforts if you would like to sit or lay on the floor. Chairs will also be provided. Herbal tea and cold water will be available to enhance your experience. This experience is recommended for ages 12+.
