DESCRIPTION:Register for tickets here $5 for members\, $10 for non-members https://www.zeffy.com/en-US/ticketing/sound-bath-meditation\nJoin Alena in a relaxing sound bath featuring singing bowls\, bells\, and other soothing noise makers. She will also lead us in a guided meditation/visualization. Please bring a yoga mat\, towel\, pillow\, or other desired comforts if you would like to sit or lay on the floor.
