This monthly class will focus on healing\, on not letting go of the grief but celebrating the life that they had and the impact they made on the lives around them.This month’s class is Bracelet Making. We will be using a template to create a bracelet with each bead representing something about the one you lost.This class is for all ages and abilities\, and is free to attend. SUMMARY:Tai Chi: The Art of Self-Defense
DESCRIPTION:Master Roger teaches defensive tai chi\, a dancing martial art he has learned from a Japanese master. The style is a family style\, traceable back to Chen Wangting. It is taught Japanese style\, without katas\, and is trained by reaction. As it uses the opponent’s energy\, balance\, and stance against them\, learning\ndoes not require strength or speed. It is suitable for all adults of all abilities. \nThis class is for adults 18+ and will require a waiver to be signed to participate. Donations are appreciated but not required. Please bring a water bottle – refills are available. Advance sign up is not necessary – feel free to stop by and observe a class!
