It is suitable for all adults of all abilities. \nThis class is for adults 18+ and will require a waiver to be signed to participate. Donations are appreciated but not required. Please bring a water bottle – refills are available. Advance sign up is not necessary – feel free to stop by and observe a class!

DESCRIPTION:Register for tickets here $5 for members\, $10 for non-members https://www.zeffy.com/en-US/ticketing/sound-bath-meditation\nJoin Alena in a relaxing sound bath featuring singing bowls\, bells\, and other soothing noise makers. She will also lead us in a guided meditation/visualization. Please bring a yoga mat\, towel\, pillow\, or other desired comforts if you would like to sit or lay on the floor. Chairs will also be provided. Herbal tea and cold water will be available to enhance your experience. This experience is recommended for ages 12+.

DESCRIPTION:Master Roger teaches defensive tai chi\, a dancing martial art he has learned from a Japanese master. The style is a family style\, traceable back to Chen Wangting. It is taught Japanese style\, without katas\, and is trained by reaction. As it uses the opponent’s energy\, balance\, and stance against them\, learning\ndoes not require strength or speed. It is suitable for all adults of all abilities. \nThis class is for adults 18+ and will require a waiver to be signed to participate. Donations are appreciated but not required. Please bring a water bottle – refills are available. Advance sign up is not necessary – feel free to stop by and observe a class!
