DESCRIPTION:Master Roger teaches defensive tai chi\, a dancing martial art he has learned from a Japanese master. The style is a family style\, traceable back to Chen Wangting. It is taught Japanese style\, without katas\, and is trained by reaction. As it uses the opponent’s energy\, balance\, and stance against them\, learning\ndoes not require strength or speed. It is suitable for all adults of all abilities. \nThis class is for adults 18+ and will require a waiver to be signed to participate. Donations are appreciated but not required. Please bring a water bottle – refills are available. Advance sign up is not necessary – feel free to stop by and observe a class!

DESCRIPTION:Get in the October spirit and join us for pumpkin painting! All supplies are included- the cost of your ticket is for your pumpkin\, paint\, and seasonal treats. $5 for members/children and $10 for non-member adults. \nYou are welcome to bring food and beverage to enjoy during the class in addition to the light refreshments provided. We are DORA-friendly. This class is for all ages. If you have any accommodation needs please let us know so we can set you up for success! Tickets for classes non-refundable. The Crawford County Art Center is 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. Proceeds from our classes go toward operating costs and providing free art programming to the community.
